A perfect weekend in Majorca
The Séptimo Cielo experiences are arranged in weekends.
Gastronomy and contemporary art, meetings with chefs and artists, visits to unique places, experiences that have been specifically conceived for Séptimo Cielo… The result of a dream we had while in the Seventh Heaven. A perfect weekend for collectors of moments.

April 29 and 30 and May 1
LET’S START…
Friday
8.00 pm.
In Majorca, Séptimo Cielo will start with a private tour of Galería Pelaires. Established in 1969, it is currently the most established contemporary art gallery in Spain. It has featured works by the most internationally renowned artists, such as Joan Miró, Alexander Calder, Antoni Tàpies, Eduardo Chillida, Antonio Saura and Motherwell. Its current programme focuses on the exhibition and representation of international artists, whose works are shown on the island (and usually also in Spain) for the first time ever.
9.00 pm.
After the private visit to the gallery, we will enjoy a dinner by chef Tomeu Arbona in the gallery’s courtyard. His proposal focuses on the recovery, exploration and enhancement of the Majorcan recipe book. His menu offers you the opportunity to plunge into an amazing experience to explore and savour foods traditionally eaten at Lent and Easter on the island.
Saturday
10.30 am.
Private tour of Guillermo Rubí’s studio in Muro. With the curator and art critic Fernando Gómez de la Cuesta, we will get to know the artist’s work and the projects he is currently working on. His pieces are based on immaterial and abstract concepts from which he builds complex mind maps that give structure to all his projects.
1.30 pm.
Andreu Genestra is one of the most renowned chefs on the Majorcan gastronomic scene. He also holds a Michelin star.
The meal will take place on a holm oak grove at the Son Jaumell estate. The guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the chef’s signature menu, inspired by traditional cuisine and local produce and developed with a unique innovative twist.
Sunday
10.30 h.
Sunday will kick off with a private tour of Bernardí Roig’s studio in Binissalem, whose work has a strong presence on the international art scene.
He collaborates with galleries in Spain, Germany and Austria, and his work is on display in several important collections. His sculptures, drawings, paintings and photographs invite the viewer to reflect on issues such as isolation and confinement in a hyper-connected world.
13.30 h.
Santi Taura will be the protagonist of the last experience of the Séptimo Cielo weekend, with lunch on his private holm oak grove in Fornalutx. The Majorca-born chef will develop an informal proposal for Séptimo Cielo, with grilled local recipes. A unique experience for you to enjoy with all your senses.
